The role will involve taking calls on a busy service desk, taking tickets’, and logging calls and elevating to the next level. The Service Desk Analyst will have experience ideally of the below.
Working on a Service
Knowledge of Microsoft 365/Citrix
Excellent communication skills
Excellent Customer Service Skills.
