Service Desk Analyst - Remote – My client a leading IT Services organisation is looking for 3rd Line support Engineers to provide telephone support to their legal client.
The Service Desk Analyst will take responsibility for the below:
Be the first point of contact for logging and fixes.
The Service Desk Analyst will ideally have experience of the following:
Elavating to the 2nd line.
Working within a KPI driven environment.
The Service Desk Analyst role will be for an initial period of 4 months and fall inside of IR35 and offer fully remote working.
