We are looking for an outgoing and ambitious 1st Line IT Help Desk Support professional to join an existing support team based out of Birmingham. Working for a UK market leader, in the professional services sector you will provide essential first line IT support across the UK to users working both on Company sites and remotely.
It is essential that you have some commercial experience of working on an IT Help Desk / Service Desk and possess a good technical knowledge but most importantly a real appetite to learn and progress.

- Hardware / Laptop
- Mobile device support

Starting salary £21,500 - £23,000 + Company Benefits and structured career ladder.
