Service Desk Analyst
 
We have an amazing opportunity for a talented Service Desk Analyst to join a great company that is only growing strength in strength. With the opportunity to progress further within the IT Department, this is the perfect opportunity for a technically adept and ambitious individual who are keen to join a fast-paced environment and work within a close-knit, collaborative team.
As Service Desk Analyst, you will be acting as the first point of contact for internal customers on all IT issues and queries, meaning a genuine interest in providing the best possible customer service is an essential aspect of the position. In addition to your IT troubleshooting capabilities, you will be an excellent communicator and have the capability to take ownership of your work, making sure you follow procedures and asses the business impact of IT incidents accurately.

The key skills you will need include:

  • Key experience working within Service Desk / 1st line support environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and a genuine interest in supporting users
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with different business areas
  • Experience working in a smaller environment would beneficial
  • Comfortable taking on multiple requests and being able to effectively balance your workload
  • A desire to take on new challenges and work within a fast paced, exciting environment
 
Starting salary: £20,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience, plus full Company benefits.
