Key Responsibilities:- Act as a point of escalation for the service desk ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner adhering to SLA's.
- Acting SME for the business with a focus on the Cloud (M365/Azure).
- Take ownership and lead from the front to deliver IT Projects.
- Support in the design of solutions and with Pre-Sales when required.
- Help support the technical development of junior engineers.
- Keep up to date with the latest technologies/trends to recommend new products/software to better the efficiency and overall offering within the practice.

- Exposure to Storage
The business will fund training and exams in aid of achieving industry recognised certifications (with an ideal focus on MS-900, AZ-900 & AZ-104 etc..)
