Remote with some site work ( Own transport essential )
My client is looking to recruit Desktop support engineer for their operations across Warwickshire.
The successful Desktop Support engineer will interpret and analyse varied and complex ICT incidents/ requests logged or situations and to produce resolutions in an agreed timely manner.
Provides day-to-day support, escalating to 3rd parties where appropriate.
Overseeing 3rd party support services to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
troubleshooting ICT technical issues where encountered.
To be considered for the role of Desktop support engineer, you will have the following:
Have in depth knowledge in the following:
Knowledge of Windows Desktop and Server O/S
Knowledge of MDT hardware highly desirable
Knowledge of Active Directory, Sharepoint and SQL technologies desirable
Vision, ICCS, and Airwave desirable
