A 1st Line Service Desk Analyst is now sought by a leading Company to work within their helpdesk team to support both internal and external Clients across the UK. This is an immediate requirement and will be for a fixed term period to help the team deal with increased call volumes.
Essential experience for the 1st Line Service Desk Analyst
- IT Service Desk / Helpdesk
- Windows 7/10 – desktops / laptops
- Active Directory support and administration
- Office 2016 support

- Office 365 support
- Bespoke business application support
This is an urgent role and the successful 1st Line Service Desk Analyst can be started immediately and will be offered a fixed term contact until end of December 2021.
The 1st Line Service Desk Analyst will be offered a salary of £20,000 - £22,000 with full remote working with occasional office visits for training and development.
