We are looking for an Desktop Support Analyst who truly enjoys and has a passion for providing 2nd Line IT support to users at all levels of an Organisation. Working within a busy time critical (JIT) manufacturing environment, you will provide both first and second line support across IT and backoffice applications.
Desktop Support Analyst key experience in;
- Active Directory
- LAN / Networking – Cisco
- Windows Server 12/16
- VMware / Virtualised Servers
However what is truly essential for the successful Desktop Support Analyst is experience of working in a time critical business such as manufacturing, logistics or FMCG where downtime can come at a cost to the Business. And also ATTITUDE, you must have passion and enjoy working with people at all levels from the shop floor up. You must thrive on problem solving in a time pressured environment. You can’t be precious about using only the latest technology and you must be willing to throw yourself in to anything in pursuit of a solution.

Starting salary for the role of Desktop Support Analyst is £35,000 - £40,000 + flexi time plus Company benefits.
