An enthusiastic Helpdesk Analyst is now sought to join an expanding client support team, providing critical 1st line support to over 800 users who are working remotely and on sites across the UK.
As the successful Helpdesk Analyst, you will have the opportunity to provide remote and deskside support within a fast paced and professional environment. Working with both Microsoft and in-house applications.
Essential experience required for the Helpdesk Analyst is minimal, this is a fantastic career opportunity!
- A great customer focused attitude
- Fantastic communication skills
- Some commercial IT support experience
- Basic Active Directory administration
- Windows 10 desktop support
Any other commercial IT support experience would be great but not essential.
Full training and a detailed career progression plan will be given you with a clear route to progress into management or more technical roles.
As the successful Helpdesk Analyst you will have the opportunity to undertake business as usual support and also interesting project work. You will be offered a starting salary of £22,000 to £24,000 plus full Company benefits.
