An enthusiastic 1st Line Support Analyst is now sought to join an expanding team, providing critical desktop support to over 1000 users working remotely and occasionally on sites across the UK.
As the successful 1st Line Support Analyst, you will have the opportunity to provide remote and deskside support within a fast paced and creative environment. Working with both Microsoft and Mac technologies. There will also be an opportunity to visit sites and users within the UK and occasionally abroad.
Essential experience required for the Desktop Support Analyst
- Windows 10 desktop support
- Active Directory administration skills
- Office 365 administration and support
- Desktop software installation / builds
- Mobile device build, support and management
- A driving licence and your own transport is important
Commercial experience of Apple Mac desktop support would be ideal but a basic knowledge and a desire to learn is good enough.
As the successful 1st Line Support Analyst you will have the opportunity to undertake business as usual support and also interesting project work. You will be offered a starting salary of £22,000 to £24,000 plus full Company benefits.
As the 1st Line Support Analyst you will be offered a combination of remote and on-site working.
