We are looking for an enthusiastic 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst to join a small but growing support function, responsible for supportig circa 10 sites and 1000 users across the UK. This rapidly expanding service Business focuses upon developing and supporting the people within its Organisaton.
The successful 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst will work closely with the team Manager providing 1st and 2nd line support across bespoke applications and current network and desktop technologies. This will be combined with exciting and challenging project work, in which initiative and effort will be rewarded.
Essential experience of the 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst:
- Commercial service desk - 1st / 2nd line
- CompTIA - qualification or above
- Use of a commerical helpdesk ticketing system
- MS 2012 R2 Servers
- Level 2 support of Active Directory
- Basic networking - firewalls (rules)
- Hyper V
- Support of Thin Client technology
- A true "can do" atttitude
