Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a diligent and proactive Data Administrator to join our clients team. The Data Administrator will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our data systems to ensure accuracy, integrity, and security. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding service to our clients and their customers across a variety of locations in the UK & Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain company databases, including data entry, cleansing, and quality assurance.
  • Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise to ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement and enforce data security protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to database procedures and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-related initiatives and projects.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in database administration.
  • Strong team player with excellent team skills.
  • Confident and professional demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while managing large volumes of data.
  • Proficiency in basic Excel skills, comfortable using spreadsheets for data management.
  • Good system skills with the ability to adapt to new technologies and software quickly.
  • Ability to prioritize workload effectively and manage time efficiently.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid fashion, balancing remote and in-office work once fully trained.
