Role Details:
Role: Sales Account Manager 
Employment type: Permanent
Salary Range: £50,000 - £60,000 basic (depending on experience) + Commission 
Location: kidderminster (Hybrid/Remote)

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact and addressing their needs in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and potential areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical support and estimators to develop tailored solutions for clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements to anticipate customer needs and market trends.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times, adhering to ethical standards and company policies.
    • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
    • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and industry regulations.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
