Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost internal sales, meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimise processes and achieve organisational goals.
  • Set and track sales targets for your team
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
  • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
  • Build an open-communication environment for your team
The Ideal Candidate will have the following :
  • Demonstrated success in sales management and office administration, showcasing a track record of achieving results.
  • Proficient leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and motivating teams to perform at their best.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building.
  • Possesses an analytical mindset, adept at problem-solving and making informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Manager, coupled with hands-on expertise in CRM software and MS Excel.
  • Deep understanding of the sales administration process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management abilities, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, facilitating strategic planning and execution.
  • Numerical aptitude and a proactive problem-solving attitude, driving continuous improvement and innovation
