1st Line Support Analyst. Up to £27k DOE + Bonus. Central London.
We are looking for a First Line IT Support Analyst to join our clients newly formed London IT team. Our client is an international financial services firm.  As well as great salary our client offers great scope for progression. The successful candidate will be need to work under stressful conditions and time constraints in a busy fast paced environment whilst maintain excellent interpersonal skills
The working hours will be 37.5  hours per week, working between the hours of 8.30 am and 5.30 pm Monday to Friday.
1st Line Support Analyst. Salary up to £27k DOE + Bonus. Central London.
Your key duties will be:

  • Resolving IT support incidents and service requests within agreed SLA timeframes
  • Recording, ownership, monitoring, tracking, and communication about incidents
  • Investigating and diagnosing incidents
  • Providing resolutions and workarounds from standard operating procedures and existing known errors
  • Escalating incidents to 2nd line IT support
  • Remote support of users working off site
  • Maintaining regular communication with the user
  • Providing desktop hardware and software support
  • Updating Service Desk systems in accordance with internal procedures
Skills and experience you will have:
  • A minimum of 6 months’ experience working in an IT service desk environment, or in a customer services environment where you have been able to demonstrate your passion for IT
  • Teams
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • The ability to manage user accounts
  • A basic knowledge of printer and network troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of supporting Windows operating systems
  • Experience in using legal systems would be advantageous, however, this is not essential
