Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit, challenge, and validate business requirements, ensuring they translate into robust system and process solutions.
  • Lead workshops and engage with multiple stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritise requirements.
  • Configure and optimise SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Position Management, ensuring alignment across dependent modules.
  • Consolidate and cleanse data to support solution implementation.
  • Support user acceptance testing, training, and communications to embed new processes.
  • Produce clear documentation, process guides, and training materials.
  • Provide short-term line management support to project team members.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Position Management, including its impact on dependent modules.

  • Demonstrable business analysis experience on SuccessFactors implementation or optimisation projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to use both agile and waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
  • Strong data analysis skills, combining multiple sources to solve business problems.
  • Proactive, resilient, and able to deliver pragmatic solutions under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive relationships internally and externally.
Desirable Requirements
  • SAP certification or relevant SuccessFactors training.
  • Experience of line management or mentoring.
