My client is currently looking to recruit a number of HR Business analysts to assist in the completion of phase 2 of their HCM programme. The client is looking for BAs with full lifecycle experience, including core skills of process mapping and design, documenting detailed requirements, test support etc. Experience supporting training and business readiness is also desirable.
The Successful HR Business analysts will:
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, user stories scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artefacts as needed:
- Business Requirements Document, Process Models, Use Cases, User Stories, GUI, UX/Screen and Interface designs
- Utilise your experience in using company-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required.
Ideally, the successful HR business analysts will have experience of HR projects relating to Learning & Development, Rostering and Time-sheeting, Expense Management, Performance Management, Talent Management.
Experience with Workday and Allocate may be useful but is not important as we are looking to work in the requirements space rather than being purely solution focussed.
If interested and have the skills and experience required, please apply immediately
