My client requires an experienced IT Service Centre Analyst who is customer focussed and able to provide extensive 1st and 2nd Level IT Support.

The IT Service Centre provides single point of contact and liaison for all internal and external IM&T Incidents, Requests and enquiries.

Essential;
- You will be KPI driven in a sales environment
- Providing service desk support 1st/2nd line
- Elevating queries to 3rd line support
- Supporting a large Microsoft 365 environment.
