Project Manager 
6 months 
INSIDE IR35 - £465 per day 
Exeter - Hybrid working 

MUST be Security Cleared.

My client requires an experienced Project Manager to deliver a 6 month project to migrate products and Retire legacy systems that are no longer required. Product Migration and Legacy Systems Retirement Programme (PMSLR) is in its discovery phase of what is a 5 year Programme of work. 

The role requires mastery of the technical knowledge of project management working in an Agile environment.

Skill and Experience

  • Active Security Clearance essential
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner or APM qualification
  • Demonstrable experience of managing technical/non-technical projects within a structured programme, portfolio, or similar environment
  • Good working knowledge of how programmes and projects should be run according to standard methodologies
  • Agile project management methodology experience, skills & abilities & qualification
  • A high degree of computer literacy including knowledge of the Microsoft (MS) Office Suite (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project) and a willingness and skill to learn new programs quickly
  • Stakeholder analysis and management experience (including developing relationships with and influencing key and senior stakeholders), skills & abilities 
  • Proven track record of delivering to time, cost and quality
  • Project planning and tracking (including status reporting) experience, skills & abilities 
  • Risk, Assumption, Issue, Decision, Inter-dependency, and Action (RAIDs) Management experience, skills & abilities 
  • Excellent punctuality, planning and organisational skills
  • Pragmatic, adaptable and results-driven with a proven ability to prioritise and achieve challenging targets in a constantly changing and complex environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with colleagues at all levels in both written and verbal forms
  • Ability to get the best out of people through good working relationships
  • Ability to analyse and present information clearly
