Commercial and Staff Augmentation Manager
Birmingham/ Home Based
£500 per day (Outside IR35)
 
My client is a leading Education establishment based in the heart of Birmingham and are currently looking for a Resource, Demand and Staff Augmentation Manager to sit within IT Services.

You will work closely with the Head of Applications to look at where projects should be delivered in house with Permanent / interim resource or outsourced to specific software partners as clearly defined work packages.
You will be required to :
-Gather requirements for staff augmentation and services from across IT Services and IT programmes and determine measurable benefits
-Match resourcing requirement to augmentation approach considering costs, responsiveness and communication.
-Assess requirements against the market and create a suitable procurement approach and ITT.
-Complete a maturity assessment to identify areas UoB would need to develop to reduce risks associated with a staff augmentation approach.
-Identify an appropriate engagement and supplier relationship management approach.
-Advise on appropriate engagement processes / roles and associated one-off and recurrent costs / overheads.
-Create a framework for measuring success and on continuous improvement
-Successfully procure, contract with and onboard a partner
-Establish and embed engagement roles and processes
