Service Desk Team Leader – Inside of IR35 – My Client an NHS body is looking to recruit a Service Desk Team Leader for an initial 3 month contract.
The Service Desk Team Leader will be responsible for the following:
Daily management of Service Analysts to include monitoring of performance, shifts, leave, appraisals, and policy.
Management of 1st and 2ns Line incidents.
To ensure that service desk incident data is correctly recorded.
To ensure that service is restored as quickly as possible after diagnoses.
To ensure that the team achieves their KPI’s.
To manage and prioritise incidents.
To implement escalation processes.
The Service Desk Team Leader will have experience of the following:
Team Leading a busy Service Desk
Working within an NHS body.
Call logging CRM’s.
The Service Desk Team Leader role will be for an initial period of 3 months, will require occasional travel to site and working on an on-call rota.
