2nd Line Support Analyst - My client is looking for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to help with the rollout of their inhouse cloud-based application. The role will be a mixture of working remotley and working from their Coventry based office.
2nd Line Support Analyst will require the individual to work closely with their customer base in the delivery of this solution.
2nd Line Support Analyst will work on the Pilots of the system, respond to customer questionnaires, provide daily support and issue resolution and liaise with the internal support function.
2nd Line Support Analyst will have worked in 2nd line support and have strong background in Microsoft and hardware support.
Alongside this the 2nd line Support Analyst will have experience of both remote and onsite application installs using tools such as SCCM.
Working with the full microsoft 365 stack.
Both remote software installations.
2nd Line Support Analyst will be required for an initial period of 3 months. The 2nd Line Support Analyst role will fall inside of IR35 and require the individual to work through an umbrella company.
