This exciting 2nd Line IT Support role will offer the opportunity to work across three West Midlands based locations for a market leader within the professional services sector. Joining a team based across the UK you will take responsibility for a number of offices, providing second line / deskside and remote BAU support and incident management.
Detailed training will be offered on key internal business applications and also ongoing industry standard technology traing and development.
Essential technical and commercial knowledge:
- Active Directory management
- Outlook / Office 365
- Hardware - Desktop / Laptop / Mobile
- Windows O/S - Desktop
- Citrix (knowledge of)
- Commercial ITIL working practices
- Incident management process
This role will suit an experienced 2nd Line IT support / Desktop professional who enjoys working in a busy environment, engaging with people throughout a business. This will involve travel between sites within the West Midlands. A strucutred career plan will be offered and opportunities wil arrise to progress within the Company.
Starting salary £24,000 - £26,000 plus Comoany benefits.
