1st Line Support Analyst .£25.000+ £3.000 upon completion of probation + Company Benefits. Location- Oxfordshire.
An exciting opportunity to work with a MSP on the front line as a 1st Line Support Analyst. Our client provides managed services 24/7, 365 days a year.  
This 1st line Support Analyst is on a shift basis and due to its sensitive nature applicants will need to have Security Clearance.
Job Role

  • First point of contact for external and internal customers providing support to users.
  • To provide 1st Line remote IT support.
  • Responding to initial requests for support.
  • Resolve issues at first call within and in accordance with agreed SLA’s and KPI’s.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues.
  • Maintain security arrangements for all IT system.
  • Following the knowledge-based documentation to support your resolution steps.
  • Escalate issues to senior team members when necessary.
  • Ensure all calls are handled with a customer centric approach.
Requirements, Skills and Experience
  • Can work under pressure and within strong security constraints.
  • Prepared to work in technologies outside of your core skill set with the support and guidance from others.
  • Prepared to travel, when necessary, to customer sites or other company locations.
  • Ability to obtain Government Security Clearance (SC) with no restrictions.
  • Excellent Customer Service communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office suite.
  • Windows 10 and Microsoft Server 2016-2019.
  • Active Directory.
  • General knowledge of basic software installation and network hardware (Desirable).
  • General knowledge of desktop computing.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical support issues.
  • Minimum 1 years’ Experience.
