Are you a Service Desk Technical Lead who would like to work for an employer that is committed to your development? Would you like to work for a company that rewards for success? If so, we have an opportunity for a Service Desk Technical Lead to join an expanding company in Southampton.  

Duties for the role of Service Desk Technical Lead:

  • You will provide technical support to the company.
  • Provide training and support to the companies service team.
  • You will be expected to work flexible hours over a 7 day week.
  • Provide expert knowledge to the company.

 

Skills required for the role of Service Desk Technical Lead:

  • We are looking for a Service Desk Technical Lead with previous experience in a similar role.
  • You will hold experience supporting it systems Windows 7/10 support.
  • Experience with antivirus software.  
  • A good understanding of networking equipment.
  • Installing Windows updates.
