An IT Service Desk Analyst is now sought by an expanding privately owned specialist services Company with sites across the UK. The successful Service Desk Analyst will take immediate responsibility for service desk activities, both face to face and remotely. Working with the Service Desk Manager you will be given a fantastic opportunity to get involved in a wide spectrum of 1st and 2nd line support activities. Whilst always focussing on continuous improvement.
The role of IT Service Desk Analyst will involve supporting users across multiple sites working with a combination of 3rd party and inhouse operational applications and also traditional Microsoft / IT infrastructure, hardware, security and telecoms.
This is a career development role for a dynamic and ambitious (potentially junior) Service Desk Analyst looking to enhance their skills and build commercial experience and technical knowledge to guide on-site users at a first and second line level.
Essential experience of Service Desk Analyst;
- Commercial IT service desk experience
- Proven user and problem management
- Solid technical MS knowledge – Desktop / Software / Hardware
- Service orientated, excellent communicator
- A real desire to learn and a willingness to get involved
