Technical Services Team Leader
Technical Services Team Leader – My client is looking to recruit a Technical Services Team Leader who will take responsibility for the technical infrastructure of the business which supports circa 4000 users. The Technical Services Team Leader will have accountability for the deployment, planning and acquisition of the service.
On a daily basis the Technical Services Team Leader will be responsible for the following:
Management of new projects and services ensuring that they are delivered within time and budget.
Management of Product lifecycles ensuring they are road mapped and new products identified to replace them.
Evaluation of New Technologies.
Management of team of engineers on deployment and project requirements.
Daily management of team engineers across BAU, deployment and project requirements.
Management of operational supplier relationships.
Build relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
Definition of business and systems requirements.
The Technical Services Team Leader will have an extensive technical background across the below:
UNIX and MS Windows Administration
Oracle and MS SQL Server
VMware – Active Directory – DNS – TC/PIP
ITIL – COBIT – TOGAF frameworks.
This role is located within the M4 Corridor.
