I'm working with a managed service provider, who provide bespoke IT solutions for each of their 300+ clients. They are looking for someone to join their 1st Line Support team, providing remote support to these clients on Windows Server, using active directory whilst providing excellent customer service. Any tickets/issues that you are unable to resolve quickly will be efficiently escalated to the relevant teams (2nd/3rd/4th line) where required.
This client are big on promoting from within, so if you are career driven, this 1st Line Support role would be the start of a long career within the company, with direct lines through to 2nd/3rd line, and even consultancy level positions further down the line.
The successful 1st Line Support person can expect a salary of £18,000-22,000 depending on your experience within the sector.
