One of the best and most unique Public Sector organisations in the West Midlands needs a versatile and experienced Business Analyst to join a busy project delivery team.
Are you an ambitious, people-focused Business Analyst who can cover multiple projects within a significant application change programme? All projects will have commercial aspects combined with a significant focus on process change and improvement.
As the successful Business Analyst you will undertake the full life-cycle form identifying and communicating with stakeholders, through requirement elicitation to go-live. You will be producing project plans including AS-IS TO-BE, requirements capturing, scoping and defining of the project, and providing structured documentation.
Key experience for the successful Business Analyst
- Full life cycle experience of business analysis process
- Experience of working within large enterprises – multiple stakeholder environments
- Experience of working on challenging process improvement / business change projects
- Exceptional ability to identify and map complex system and business processes
Experience of working within the Public Sector is beneficial but not essential, this role is initially a 2 year fixed term role however there is a good possibility of employment beyond this point within this Business Analyst team and the Organisation.
