One of the largest and most well-established logistics organisations in the world is looking for you. They have a need for a Service Desk Coordinator to be based out of their Milton Keynes offices and monitor all emails and queued calls, making sure they are directed and responded to accordingly, speaking to customers regarding issues, and providing guidance and assistance both internally to the team and externally to customers.
To be the right person for this role you need to have outstanding customer service and communication skills, be able to track and organise priorities, and have a good understanding of IT.

This is a permanent role covering a 2 shift pattern of 7am-3pm and 10am-6pm.
