Service Desk Analyst



Service Desk Analyst – I am currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to work on a busy service desk supporting user at both 1st and 2nd Line.

The Service Desk Analyst will be providing telephone based online diagnostic support and answering and solving tickets and where necessary escalating the queries to the 3rd Line.

The Service Desk Analyst will have experience of telephone based 1st and 2nd Line support within the below technical environment:



Windows 7/Windows 10

Active Directory

Office 365

Office 2016



The Service Desk Analyst Role will be for an initial period of 2 months.
