A Service Desk Analyst is required to be based in Corby providing support to a varied user-base, supporting issues including software, hardware, access issues, and telephony. The technology stack includes Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix, and VOIP telephony systems.
To be the right candidate you will need to have demonstrable experience of supporting users with a variety of IT problems, excellent customer-facing skills, and strong communications in-person, over the phone, and via emails. You will also need to flexible to get to different sites on a daily basis as required.
