My Local Authority client based in Cornwall is looking for a 2nd Line Support Analyst who can successfully work with the business and understand the data migration process.



The client is looking to migrate Windows 7 to windows 10, therefore you would need to gather all the information from each computer in the building to see if they have been upgraded to the new software and if so, have they got the new Microsoft license or if all the computers in the building have updated their licensing, have they upgraded to the new software.



You would need to have a good understanding of licensing and versioning as you will be upgrading each computer and it's application and software.



Key duties will include:



Data validation using various techniques such as telephone calls, emails, Internet search and data analysis of various data sources such as spreadsheets and databases.



Ensuring records are accurate and maintained.



Highlighting areas of potential concern to the Application Project Manager.

Provide other administrative assistance where required to the Project Manager and Application Packaging team.



You would need to have a basic DBS for this role.
