My Central Government client based in Cornwall is looking for a Change Analyst who can hit the ground running.
Key duties will include:
To move their existing ERP Finance systems to Oracle Cloud.
Assessing business impacts of the upgrade on existing process, policies, roles etc.
Stakeholder management & engagement.
Shaping of communications.
Inputting into training design.
Attending Programme workshops as a representative of the Change team.
Working as part of a small, busy team with minimal supervision you will need to be a confident, flexible and self-starting individual, able to manage relationships with and influence a variety of senior stakeholders in a fast moving and sometimes ambiguous environment. The ability to communicate at all levels is essential. Awareness of change management methodology and knowledge and experience would be a real advantage, but not essential. Equally knowledge of organisational financial processes would be of benefit, as would any knowledge of ERP systems or similar.
This individual would be coached and supervised by of an existing Change Manager and would working alongside an additional Change analyst supporting a similar move from ERP HR systems to Oracle Cloud.
