Application Support Team Leader - Birmingham £46,718
My Client is a world leading Education provider based in the heart of Birmingham with a current requirement to recruit an Application Support Team Leader to join and lead its successful application support team.
The Application Support Team lead will manage a team of analysts in providing support to non-windows based applications.
You will have hands on technical skills and expertise but also be able to manage and mentor the team to deliver a first class service to your customer base.
You will have strong Customer facing skills as will need to discuss the service with business owners.
Strong ITIL , SLA adherence, incident management experience
Good 2nd line apps technical knowledge with a broad skillset in SQL, Linux/windows and scripting
Experience of BizTalk and / or HR and finance systems would be highly desirable.
