A 2nd Line IT Support Technician is now sought by an international marketing solutions business. Working within a busy and creative environment you will join a team of Second Line Engineers who provide on-site and remote support.
As the successful 2nd IT Support Technician you will get the opportunity to be involved in a broad range of desktop, server and network support and maintenance challenges. Owning the resolution from end to end, using your knowledge to escalate at the appropriate time.
Essential experience for the 2nd Line Support Technician
- Windows Desktop / Laptop Builds
- Application Deployment
- Active Directory / Exchange Administration
- Mobile Device Support
- LAN Support
Essential knowledge for the 2nd Line Support Technician
- Excellent understanding of Active Directory and Windows O/S
- Understanding of Networking principles – LAN / WAN
- Proven Desktop Support
Desirable skills for the 2nd Line Engineer
- Windows 10 / Office 365 / Apple Mac / AWS / SCCM
