Customer Service Analyst – IT - My client is currently looking for a Customer Service Analyst - IT
to join their team for an initial 3 month period.
Customer Service Analyst – IT will be the initial point of contact for purchasing requests submitted to the IT purchasing team, liaising with internal stakeholders. Customer Service Analyst – IT will ensure that all IT purchasing requests are all logged, responded to within a half hour time limit and escalated where necessary.
• Asses all IT Purchasing requests in a timely manner
• Answer telephone calls when required to, regarding IT Purchasing
• Maintain accurate Information within a Service Management Tool
• Maintain product knowledge and technical skills and learn about new products as required
Customer Service Analyst – IT will have the following experience;
• Logging purchase requests with users and ensuring they are responded to in a timely manner
• Keeping users informed of the progress on their issue.
• Excellent Customer Support
• Working to agreed targets and timescales
