Service Desk Analyst – Milton Keynes
Service Desk Analyst – For an initial 3 month period a Service Desk Analyst is required to join a growing service desk team in Milton Keynes. With the chance of further extensions, permanent employment and career progression this opportunity is open to both contract and permanent candidates
Service Desk Analyst will be the an initial point of contact for IT related issues and information requests. As part of the Service Desk Analysis team you will ensure that the agreed service levels are met and that issues are involved and were applicable passed onto the next level of support for resolution.
The Service Desk Analyst will have the following experience.
Service Desk Support Analyst
Strong customer service skills.
Logging IT issues with users and ensuring they are responded in a timely manner.
Passing issues from 1st line support to and liaising with 2nd/3rd line support.
Keeping users informed of the progress on their issue.
To insurer that all issues and requests are closed off accordingly.
Working on a ICT support desk and relevant CRM software.
Supporting Microsoft desktop applications – Office – Outlook.
Administration of Microsoft Active Directory.
Prioritisation of requests/issues.
The Service Desk Analyst ole works on a shift system of 7am – 3pm / 9am – 5pm / 2pm – 10pm.
