A Business Analyst is now sought by a leading people services business based in the West Midlands. The successful BA will pick up all incoming IT Project Requests and work on the initial business case, to detail objectives, benefits and scope to take forward for approval.
Working within a busy PMO the Business Analyst will then do the detailed functional requirements of the current and future state, post project. These requests will be across the technical spectrum, including system functionality, system integrations, API builds and Infrastructure requirements. The Business Analyst will build the Terms of Reference and, once authorised, then detail the requirements either via Agile User Stories or traditional documentation. The BA will also have inputs in to testing and solution documentation, working with the team of existing Project Managers.

Ongoing, the role of Business Analyst will undertake multiple new change and project requests but will also entail analysis and documentation of all of the current systems and integrations to better enable organisational understanding and as a point of reference to more effectively and informally feed in to the project requests.
